1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any of our products anywhere in the world.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are estimated to be processed and then delivered around 7-12 business days after purchase.
In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days.

3. I have yet to receive my order.
The products are normally sent within 1-2 days after payment has been received. Please send us an email if the deadline has passed so that we can give you with extra information.
4. My order hasn't arrived yet.
Please contact us if you have not yet received your order so that we can investigate. This is owing to the fact that overseas orders are subject to customs procedures.

6. Why was only one product delivered when the others were not?
For logistics considerations, we have many warehouses in various locations. Your products may be dispatched from multiple warehouses depending on stock. 7. There was a problem with my order.
